Client: Piping Fabrication Company
Large-scale flange facing and machining for a pipeline fabrication project. The project required machining of flanges for a chemical processing plant pipeline system including carbon steel and stainless steel flanges in various sizes and pressure ratings.
We provided complete flange machining services including facing of sealing surfaces, boring of flange bores, drilling of bolt holes on PCD, and threading where required.
Scope of Work:
- WN Flanges (25 units): 150 mm to 400 mm nominal bore, facing of raised face sealing surface, boring to pipe schedule, drilling bolt holes as per ASME B16.5
- SO Flanges (30 units): 50 mm to 300 mm nominal bore, facing of flat face, boring, bolt hole drilling
- Blind Flanges (10 units): 100 mm to 350 mm nominal bore, facing, bolt hole drilling
- Threaded Flanges (8 units): BSP threaded flanges including internal thread cutting and face machining
