We cut both internal and external threads on various materials with exceptional precision. Our workshop is equipped with high-quality HSS taps up to 1 inch, thread cutting dies, single-point threading tools, and thread milling capabilities.

Our Threading Services Include:

• External Thread Cutting: Using single-point threading on lathes and thread cutting dies for precise external threads on shafts, studs, bolts, and custom components.
• Internal Thread Tapping: Hand tapping and machine tapping using HSS taps for internal threads in nuts, flanges, housings, and blind holes.
• Metric Threads: Standard metric coarse (M) and fine (MF) threads for general engineering and industrial applications.
• BSP Threads: British Standard Pipe threads (BSPP and BSPT) for plumbing, hydraulic, and pneumatic fittings.
• UNC & UNF Threads: Unified National Coarse and Fine threads for American standard applications and imported equipment.
• Multi-Start Threads: Two-start, three-start, and four-start threads for high-lead applications like valve stems and lead screws.

Thread Specifications:

We can cut threads from M2 up to M100, BSP 1/8\" to 2\", UNC/UNF #4 to 4\", and custom thread forms as per customer drawings. Thread quality is verified using thread plug gauges, thread ring gauges, and thread micrometers.

Materials:

We thread mild steel, carbon steel, alloy steel (EN8, EN9, EN24, EN36), stainless steel (304, 316, 410), cast iron, ductile iron, brass, bronze, aluminum, and engineering plastics including nylon, acetal, and PTFE.
