Comprehensive drilling services for industrial applications including precision hole drilling, deep hole drilling, step drilling, tapping, reaming, and counter boring. Our drilling capabilities cover a wide range of hole sizes, depths, and configurations in various materials.

We use industrial drill machines with drilling capacity up to 200 mm diameter, as well as magnetic drills for on-site applications up to 18 mm diameter. Our experienced operators ensure accurate hole placement, size, and quality.

Our Drilling Services Include:

• Center Drilling: Precision center drilling for lathe work between centers, using center drills to create accurate center holes on both ends of shafts and cylindrical workpieces.
• Deep Hole Drilling: Drilling of deep holes (depth-to-diameter ratio > 10:1) using specialized drilling techniques for oil passages, coolant holes, and long bores.
• Step Drilling: Multi-diameter hole drilling using step drills or multiple drill sizes for counterbores and stepped clearance holes.
• Counter Boring & Counter Sinking: Enlarging hole tops for socket head cap screws, countersunk screws, and flush mounting applications.
• Reaming Operations: Precision reaming for achieving accurate hole sizes with smooth surface finish for dowel pins, locating pins, and bearing fits.
• Thread Tapping: Internal thread cutting using hand taps and machine taps for creating threaded holes in components.
• Spot Facing: Machining flat surfaces around holes on castings and rough surfaces for proper bolt seating.
• Magnetic Drilling: Portable magnetic drill for on-site drilling on steel structures, beams, and heavy fabrications up to 18 mm diameter.
• Gun Drilling (if applicable): Precision deep hole drilling with high straightness and surface finish for specialized applications.

Hole diameter range: 1 mm to 200 mm (on industrial drill), 1 mm to 18 mm (on magnetic drill)
Maximum drilling depth: up to 300 mm depending on diameter
Tolerance: H7 to H11 as required
Position accuracy: ±0.1 mm on drill press, ±0.5 mm on magnetic drill
